Juan Rodrigo Moreno González
Partner and director of the international corporate practice area of Moreno Rodriguez & Assoc., SC, a leading law firm specializing in corporate law in the Bajio region of Mexico. He is fluent in English, Spanish and French.

His practice concentrates primarily in corporate law and international commercial transactions, representing national and multinational companies in all types of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, real estate projects, project financing (corporate and project financing) and in complex corporate restructurings, having participated in international acquisitions and reorganizations as well as in insolvency and liquidation of companies in the U.S. and Canada. His practice includes the implementation of corporate governance systems, design of organizational structures and models of estate and succession planning for corporate groups, private companies and family businesses.

Before joining the law firm, he worked for Groupo Protexa in Monterrey.

He serves as secretary, advisor and outside counsel to various institutions, agencies and national and international companies.

He earned his law degree from the University of León, with academic distinction and his Bachelor of Business Administration with specialization in International Business from the Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey. He has completed his studies for Notary Public (Notario) at the University of Guanajuato, having been recognized as first in academic achievement of the specialty. He obtained a Diploma in Corporate Law from the Universidad Iberoamericana and the Diploma in Notarial Law at the University of Guanajuato. He completed the program for Upper Management (AD2) in the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Direction de Empresa (IPADE Business School).
