Daniel Fernando Reyes Morales
He is originally from Mexico City. He earned his law degree at the Mexican University (Universidad Mexicana), Campus Izcalli, Mexico. He received a Master of Business Law, with honors, from the prestigious College of Lawyers of Madrid and the University Francisco de Vitoria (Colegio de Abogados de Madrid y la Universidad Francisco de Vitoria), in Madrid, Spain.

He is fluent in Spanish and English.

He initiated his professional career as an associate from 1997 to 2003 in the office of Medina Paco and Associates, under Andrés Medina Paco, Esq., working in civil, mercantile and penal litigation and in general corporate law advising clients from the chemical industry. From 2003 to 2006 he served the company LG Electronics Mexico S.A. of C.V., successively as legal assistant, chief, assistant manager and manager. For LG Electronics he concentrated his professional activity in corporate law.

In 2007, he improved his professional corporate practicing in Madrid, Spain at the corporate area of The Phone House Spain, S.L.U., a subsidiary of The Phone House, a well positioned English company with operations in 8 countries all over the European Union, being in Spain the leader in the distribution and commercialisation of Telecommunications, specially in Mobile.

He has also been a professor of corporate law and of the English language in Madrid, Spain. He joined MR in 2007 as a corporate associate.

Daniel Fernando Reyes Morales has worked as an in-house corporate attorney and in law firms, and he is accustomed to offering legal advice in all types of corporate matters.
